Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

• CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, vinyl records that have been opened.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
